We’ve been following the buzz all month long and it looks pretty official: Arctic Cat will be rolling out the Wildcat 4 1000 in February 2013 to offer riders a larger side by side with capacity for four.

This change is a part of what’s happening in the industry right now. In a nutshell, more UTV makers are making four-seaters because there’s a demand for more seats, larger capacity. Hey, we riders like to bring along a few friends, right?

Anyways, the Wildcat 4 1000 will include a five-link rear suspension (with 13 inches of ground clearance and 18 inches of rear suspension travel), a 951cc V-Twin engine, a full perimeter exoskeleton that looks simply awesome, Variable Assist Electronic Steering, automatic transmission (reverse, neutral, high and low gears, and 2wd/4wd differential lock switch on dash), three point seat belts, bucket seats, and all of the other features about the Wildcat you already love.

You can bet that as this new model rolls out, we’ll be keeping our eyes out for new parts and accessories to take this machine to the next level. Be sure to check back in the Arctic Cat Wildcat selection at SideBySideStuff.com for updates!
