Polaris Industries has acquired Pro Armor to add to their catalog of after-market parts and accessories. Pro Armor is a leading company in the after-market accessories industry for side-by-sides and ATVs, known for quality, style and performance. This acquisition adds Pro Armor to their recent list, which includes Klim apparel and Kolpin accessories.

Pro Armor will continue its operations as a separate brand in Riverside, California. According to www.dealernews.com, it employs 90 people in a 50,000 sq. ft. facility. Alex Danze will continue as President and CEO.
