If you were to poll the Side By Side community, many would say there is no better way to spend a 4th of July weekend like spending it with friends and family while getting muddy for a good cause. That is what everyone who attended Muddin’ For The Military did this 4th of July weekend.
Just north of Sarepta, LA is the amazing Muddy Bottoms ATV Park which is the home of Muddin’ For The Military and where this event took place. Thousands of acres to explore and over one hundred miles of trails to ride and a spectacular mud park makes Muddy Bottoms the perfect park to have a large event.
With well over 10,000 people passing through the front gate made 2015 the largest event in Muddin’ For The Military history. The large attendance and the generous nature of the off-road community allowed Lone Star Warriors Outdoors to raise over $49,000; money that will be put to good use.
Muddin’ For The Military is a charity event organized to raise money to benefit the Lone Star Warriors Outdoors. LSWO is a non profit organization that helps wounded military service personnel get back into outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing. There were several wounded warriors in attendance over the weekend and it was great to see LSWO showing them a great time.
