Super ATV collaborated with Arctic Cat to accessorize a new 2017 Arctic Cat HDX 700 Crew XT with the latest development of Super ATV aftermarket parts and accessories. This being the first HDX Crew build of its kind, Super ATV went all out to make it an aggressive eye catcher setup for optimal performance on some of the muddiest and roughest terrains.
At Mud Nats you’ll find some of the most tricked out side by sides with modifications designed to excel in deep, muddy terrain along with an assortment of accessories to improve rider comfort and rider egos; so it was no surprise that Super ATV modified this machine to fit right in. Considering the extreme mud, Super ATV paired a HDX 3” Lift with their new 4” Gear Driven Performance Portal Lift. GDP is a gear reduction system that allows you to retain your power while running larger tires with an approximate 30% gear reduction. The GDP Portal Lift was a necessity because Super ATV outfitted this machine with aggressive 32” Terminator Tires wrapped around 12” Bandit Wheels; the combination of these products gives this HDX a mean stance, looking ready to tackle anything in its way.
They didn’t stop there, they slapped a Super ATV 4500 lbs. Winch on their heavy duty Winch Mount Plate that is specifically designed for the HDX. For added comfort and improved visibility, they installed their half windshield and a 30” light bar. Last but not least, they included their Insulated Cooler / Cargo Box for additional gear and cold drinks.
It’s safe to say this was is coolest HDX Crew we’ve seen yet. Arctic Cat has recently had the machine on display at various UTV events across the nation including the High Lifter Mud Nationals, but this machine isn’t just a trailer queen, the guys at Arctic Cat have already put the machine and Super ATV’s products to the test; take a look at the video below.
