The High Lifter Quadna Mud Nationals is the largest mud event in Minnesota; thousands will gather June 12-14 for three days of camping, riding, live entertainment and fun competitions. Attendees can watch or participate in competitions such as the Sled Pull, the Obstacle Course, and the infamous Mud Bog; more than $4,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to competitors during the event. Many vendors like Polaris, Yamaha, MB Quart, Wide Open Company, ITP Tires & Wheels, KFI Products, MTX Audio, STI Tires & Wheels, Warn Industries and, of course, High Lifter Products, title sponsor of the event, will be present showing off some of the latest products!
High Lifter owner, Scott Smith, and creator of Mud National Events said “This is one of our favorite events where the potential for expanding the sport of mud riding is huge. We enjoy seeing Minnesotans come out and experience a form of riding that they aren’t accustomed to. They’ll be glad they did!”
One of the event contests is the Poker Run, it takes enthusiast down beautiful trails throughout the park while playing for the best hand at poker for a chance to win a prize. MB Quart attended their first Muddy outing in April at the High Lifter Mud Nationals in Jacksonville, TX, they sponsored the Poker Run and gave away some great prizes. They’re doing it again at the Quadna Mud Nationals and with the event just a few days away we thought it would be appropriate to get with MB Quart and ask : What made you want to be a sponsor at this event?
“We took a chance with our inexperience and sponsored the Poker Run in Texas. We were so impressed with the people that attended and the professional presentation that the team did for Mud Nationals, that we are doing the Quadna Mud Nationals and will be sponsoring the Poker Run again.”

“The underlying theme, other than mud, is fun. We were amazed how many people came by the MB Quart booth to check out our audio products that were just attending with a friend or just came to “check it out” and were there for the fun of it. There were concerts every night. Races in the mud, skills drives and of course, the inaugural MB Quart Poker Run where we gave away a set of our new 8” towers that we covered in a Mossy Oak pattern. The other huge draw from the product side was the new wired Bluetooth controller. Very small, no radio or CD player needed. The best playlist is in our phones, right? So the phone connects via Bluetooth to the N1-WBT and that connects to amps and speakers that that is a simple, very easy to install system. Now you can play your music library or music apps in your bike, in the mud!”
While on topic, we wanted to know “What can someone who hasn’t been expect from a Mud Nats Event?”
“Then there were those who were clearly #MudPeople. They were there to enjoy their bikes in the mud. On the trails, in the competitions or just the fun of being covered in it. Oh, and yes, they are “bikes”. That’s an ATV or a SXS… we got that lesson in the first 15 minutes in the park.”
