We love Polaris for its machines, but now, we love it even more for its heart. As part of its annual summer sales meeting and its presence at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Polaris has announced that in conjunction with Victory Motorcylces and the Company’s dealers, it will donate $154,125 to the Wounded Warrior Project.

For those of you who don’t know what the Wounded Warrior Project is, it’s an organization that raises awareness and aids injured servicemen and women. They’re an amazing organization that truly gives back to those brave men and women who have sacrificed for our country.

This donation is a result of the continuing relationship with the Wounded Warrior Project. According to a recent release from the company, earlier this year, Polaris also gave away three special, blacked-out RANGER RZR XP 4 900 side by side vehicles to WWP veterans. That’s just awesome.

“Our relationship with the Wounded Warrior Project allows Polaris and our dealers to support the men and women who selflessly sacrifice for our nation through their military service,” said Scott Wine, Polaris Industries CEO in the release. “We consider it an honor and a privilege to partner with the Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that lends a hand to those who merit it most. We hope this donation helps these brave men and women return to the rich, active lives they truly deserve.”

Polaris, you guys rock.
